Gyrokinetic applications in electron–positron and non-neutral plasmas

In this paper, we summarize our recent work on gyrokinetic applications in electron–positron and non-neutral plasma. The electrostatic stability of plasmas was investigated dipole slab geometries, with without ion admixture. dispersion relation derived and, for the case, extended to plasmas. Here, further extend formulation relativistic regime. Electron–positron are found be remarkably stable as long perfect symmetry between two species prevails, but instabilities appear if is broken, instance by introduction impurities or magnetic curvature.
